Who we are

Grow Our Own is joint venture between the Learning Partnerships of Bracknell Forest Borough Council and The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

Our aim is to help local employers recruit and retain the best in Windsor, Bracknell and Maidenhead by providing them with the local workforce they need.

We provide support, advice, guidance and training to local residents who want to find employment in their home area. Our aim is to match local people to local jobs, whatever their background or circumstances, at every skill level - from junior operative to senior executive.
