These workshops run on a three-weekly cycle and cover the job application process from start to finish. Analysing job vacancies, the ‘hidden’ job market, identifying your skills and strengths, smarten up your CV, find out how to successfully apply including online, brushing up on your interview skills and much more. Previous computer skills are not necessary for this course.

Brush Up On Word 2003

Previous knowledge of Word is required - this course will  re-visit how to create, save, save as to folder, open files, edit, spell-check, format, use printing options. Also insert objects such as pictures, clipart, word art and tables into documents and to mail merge letters and labels.

Construction Skills Certification Scheme

CSCS cards are increasingly demanded as proof of occupational competence by contractors, public and private clients and others.  We provide the facility for you to revise for the CSCS test using CITB accredited software – contact us for further details.
